The first 20 bases deleted running from the 5' end of the deletion (which will be the reverse complement running from the 3' end on the +strand DNA) are cataaacaagaaccaaaact  and the last 30 bases at the 3' end (reverse complement for the 5' end on +strand DNA) are cgtgtgtagacatattttttttcacagccc.
