The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by Eunice Chan, Aix Marseille Université.
P{UASp-sqh.A20A21} is a transgene constructed in the pP{UASp} vector in the laboratory of Roger Karess, Université Paris Diderot. It expresses a nonphosphorylatable sqh protein with T20A and S21A amino acid substitutions under UAS control. The mutated sqh coding sequence is the same as that present in P{sqh-A20,A21} (http://flybase.org/reports/FBtp0009051.html).
P{UASp-sqh.A20A21}3 is a third chromosome insertion.
