PBac{UAS-iCasper-noGFP-T2A-HO1} is similar to PBac{UAS-iCasper-T2A-HO1} except the split GFP domains at the ends of the iCasper protein were replaced by leucine zipper dimerization motifs. It contains the same Infrared Fluorescent Protein domains as PBac{UAS-iCasper-T2A-HO1}.
