The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by James McNew, Rice University.
P{UAS-cpx.DeltaCAAX.myc.M} is a UAS construct expressing myc-tagged cpx protein with a disrupted CAAX motif. It is similar to P{UAS-cpx.DeltaCAAX.myc} (FBtp0087770), but it was constructed independently.
P{UAS-cpx.IR} is a UAS-RNAi construct targeting the entire length of two cpx exons ( 3R:4295120..4295286  and  3R:4295568..4296962  (R6)).
P{UAS-cpx.DeltaCAAX.myc.M}3 and P{UAS-cpx.IR}3 are third chromosome insertions.
