The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by James McNew, Rice University.
P{UAS-cpx.myc.M} expresses myc-tagged cpx protein under UAS control. It is similar to P{UAS-cpx.myc} (http://flybase.org/reports/FBtp0087768.html), but was constructed independently.
P{UAS-cpx.myc.M}2 is a second chromosome insertion from McNew mapped in Bloomington by segregation from dominant autosomal markers.
