It expresses Sema-2a protein fused to the transmembrane region of  T:Mmus \Cd8a (http://flybase.org/reports/FBgn0063453.html) and  T:Avic \GFP (http://flybase.org/reports/FBgn0016110.html) under the control of Sema-2a regulatory sequences. Both constructs were generated for the work described in Wu et al. (http://flybase.org/reports/FBrf0213571.html).
PBac{Sema-2a.TM}VK00023 is a phiC31 integrase-mediated insertion into PBac{y+-attP-9A}VK00023 (http://flybase.org/reports/FBti0076444.html) at 70A2,  3L:13213019  (Release 6).
