P{VALIUM22-sstn.shRNA.1}, P{VALIUM22-sstn.shRNA.2} and P{VALIUM22-sstn.shRNA.3} were constructed using the pWALIUM22 vector. Flies carrying these constructs have "miniwhite-colored" eyes. pWALIUM22 was described in Perkins et al. (FBrf0230140). It is basically pVALIUM22 with miniwhite substituted for the vermilion marker. Liu et al. (FBrf0227539) incorrectly identified the vector used to create these constructs as pVALIUM22.  Perhaps it would be better to refer to these constructs as "P{UASp...." instead of "P{WALIUM...."?
P{UASp-sstn.shRNA.1}attP40, P{UASp-sstn.shRNA.2}attP40 and P{UASp-sstn.shRNA.3}attP40 are insertions into P{CaryP}attP40 at 25C6,  2L:5108448  (R6).
