Text of Personal Communication
The Bloomington stock center received three constructs from Ulrich Tepass carrying mouse E- or N-catenin (Ctnna1 and Ctnna2) under the control of a ubiquitin promoter. They are published in Desai et al 2013 (FBrf0220907) and were originally curated from this paper as UAS constructs. However, there are no UAS constructs for these particular mouse genes - only ubi-based ones. Therefore, the following changes are required:
P{UASp-Ctnna1.D} (FBtp0092314) -> P{Ubi-Ctnna1.D}
P{UASp-Ctnna2.D} (FBtp0092312) -> P{Ubi-Ctnna2.D}
P{UASp-Ctnna2.Delta56} (FBtp0092313) -> P{Ubi-Ctnna2.Delta56}
