FBrf0204762 removed >12,000 'potential deficiencies' that could theoretically be made with DrosDel insertions. As of FlyBase release FB2016_05, 915 'potential deficiencies' still remained in FlyBase. 411 of these have stocks, and 27 of the remaining 504 have at least one non-DrosDel/non-FlyBase reference or have complementation or phenotype data from FBrf0202170. The remaining 477 will be removed from FlyBase as of the FB2016_06 release.
