PBac{CH322-77E05.Nrd1-GFP} is similar to PBac{CH322-77E05} (FBtp0116147). It carries a genomic fragment (BAC clone CH322-77E05) with an EGFP tag at the C-terminus of Nrd1.
PBac{CH322-77E05.Nrd1-GFP}VK00037 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the second chromosome in an attP site at 22A3, 2L:1582820 .
