The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Matthias Soller, University of Birmingham, UK. There was an error in the methods of FBrf0229345 when we said "Transgenic flies were obtained by PhiC31-mediated transformation ...using landing sites at...76A (UAS construct, PBac{y+-attP-3B}VK00002).” The 76A part is correct, but the VK00002 is incorrect - the UAS constructs were actually inserted into the VK00013 PBac insertion site. PBac{UAS-HA.NLS.Rbp9} expresses HA-tagged Rbp9 with a nuclear localization signal under UAS control.
