The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Amir Fayyazuddin, Dart Neurosciences.
P{5xCRE-LUC} carries firefly luciferase under the control of CRE (cAMP Response Element) sites. The CRE vector was generated by swapping in five copies of CRE for the UAS sequences in the pUAST attB vector.
P{5xCRE-LUC}attP40 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the second chromosome in an attP site at 25C6,  2L:5108448 .
P{5xCRE(FRT.Stop)LUC} consists of an FRT cassette (two FRT sites flanking a stop signal with tandem SV40 and tubulin polyA signals) separating five copies of CRE (cAMP Response Element) sites from firefly luciferase.
P{5xCRE(FRT.Stop)LUC}attP2 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the third chromosome in an attP site at 68A4,  3L:11063638 .
P{5xCRE-mCherry.PEST} carries mCherry (destabilized by the addition of PEST sequences) under the control of CRE (cAMP Response Element) sites. The CRE vector was generated by swapping in five copies of CRE for the UAS sequences in the pUAST attB vector.
P{5xCRE-mCherry.PEST}attP2 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the third chromosome in an attP site at 68A4,  3L:11063638 .
