The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Yi Sun and Douglas Kim, GENIE Project, Janelia Research Campus, HHMI.
PBac{20XUAS-IVS-jGCaMP7b} carries the calcium sensor jGCaMP7b under the control of UAS. It was generated by adding the following mutations: T302P, R303P, A317L, M374Y, D380Y, T381R, S383T, and R392G to GCaMP3 in pGP-20XUAS-IVS-Syn21-op1-GCaMP3. jGCaMP7b is considered the brightest of the "7" series (7b, 7c, 7f, 7s), as well as very sensitive.
PBac{20XUAS-IVS-jGCaMP7b}VK00005 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the third chromosome in an attP site at 75A10,  3L:17952108 .
PBac{20XUAS-IVS-jGCaMP7c} carries the calcium sensor jGCaMP7c under the control of UAS. It was generated by adding the following mutations: L59Q, E60P, T302L, R303P, M378G, K379S, D380Y, T381R, R392G, and T412N to GCaMP3 in pGP-20XUAS-IVS-Syn21-op1-GCaMP3. jGCaMP7c has the largest dynamic range of the "7" series (7b, 7c, 7f, 7s).

PBac{20XUAS-IVS-jGCaMP7f} carries the calcium sensor jGCaMP7f under the control of UAS. It was generated by adding the following mutations: T302L, R303P, A317L, and D380Y to GCaMP3 in pGP-20XUAS-IVS-Syn21-op1-GCaMP3. jGCaMP7f is fast, bright, and sensitive.
