Description

jGCaMP7f is a genetically encoded fluorescent Ca[2+] indicator. It consists of the calmodulin-binding peptide M13, a circularly permuted green fluorescent protein and calmodulin. jGCaMP7f contains the following mutations relative to GCaMP6s : H78K, A317L, R381T, T383S and G392R. jGCaMP7f is fast, bright, and sensitive (FBrf0242918).
