The following 3 errors were present through to the FB2018_06 release of FlyBase:
i)  tRNA:Glu-CTC-4-1  (FBgn0052460) has exactly the same sequence as  tRNA:Glu-CTC-2-1  (FBgn0050454) and  tRNA:Glu-CTC-2-2  (FBgn0050220), so should be renamed as  tRNA:Glu-CTC-2-3 .  (Note that the  tRNA:Glu-CTC-5-1  and  tRNA:Glu-CTC-6-1  symbols will remain, meaning that there is now no class 4  tRNA:Glu-CTC .)
ii)  tRNA:Tyr-GTA-3-1  (FBgn0012018) has exactly the same sequence as the eight  tRNA:Tyr-GTA-1- * genes so should be renamed as  tRNA:Tyr-GTA-1-9 .
iii) The sequence of  tRNA:Lys-TTT-2-5  (FBgn0011905) is 72nt in FlyBase but 73nt in GtRNAdb, like the other 4  tRNA:Lys-TTT-2  sequences - a ‘G’ is missing from the start of the  tRNA:Lys-TTT-2-5  sequence in FlyBase.
