S6kIIK347E - CRISPR/Cas9-mediated homologous dependent repair was used to make amino acid change K347E change in S6kII. This change was designed to mimic the K216E change found in a human RPS6KA3 variant associated with Coffin-Lowry syndrome.
TI{TI}S6kIIKO - CRISPR/Cas9-mediated homologous dependent repair was used to replace a 3177 region encompassing the entire S6kII coding region (from -55 nt to +3122 relative to the start ATG) with a cassette carrying lox-P flanked 3xP3-RFP. The result is a null allele of S6kII.
