For ova4, we knocked out the entire coding region of ova (CG5694). The remaining sequence is from "gctagtaat" in the first intron to "cgtgggctt" in the 3'UTR, but it also left a 35 bp fragment "gatacttgaaccagtcttttcggtatgtacctcaa" in the deletion region.
