The insertion of PBac{bab1-GFP.FPTB} in Bloomington stock 50753 is in the PBac{y+-attP-3B}VK00037 docking site on the second chromosome, not in the PBac{y+-attP-3B}VK00033 site on the third chromosome as originally reported. The confusion probably arose due to an unidentified lethal mutation on the third chromosome in this stock, which results in TM3 being retained.  The PBac{bab1-GFP.FPTB}VK00037 insertion is homozygous viable.
