I worked out the genomic coordinates for the deletions that Barry Honda sent to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center from the complementation results in FBrf0242740. (This is similar to the method described in FBrf0231039.) The breakpoints of the deletions were mapped by complementation tests with mutations in sequence-defined genes. Breakpoint coordinates (R6) were estimated from the ends of transcribed gene regions.
