The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by Julian Ng, University of Cambridge.
P{UAS-wit.Venus} expresses wit protein with a C-terminal Venus tag under UASt control. The transgene was constructed by placing full-length wit-PA sequence into pP{TMV}.
P{UAS-wit.Venus}1M2 is a second chromosome insertion.
P{UAS-wit.Venus}6F is a third chromosome insertion.
P{UAS-put.myc} expresses put protein with six tandem copies of myc at the C-terminus under UASt control. The transgene was constructed by placing full-length put-PA sequence into pP{TWM}.
P{UAS-put.myc}4M is a second chromosome insertion.
P{UAS-put.KR.myc} expresses put protein with a mutated ATP-binding site with with six tandem copies of myc at the C-terminus under UASt control. The transgene was constructed by placing full-length, mutated put-PA sequence into pP{TWM}.
