The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Helena Richardson.
P{UAS-scrib.DeltaPDZ} (formerly P{UAS-scrib.LRR.LASPD}) expresses the N terminal portion of scrib, including the scrib LRR and LAPSD domains (scrib amino acids 1-715), under the control of UAS.
P{UAS-scrib.DeltaPDZ.GFP} expresses the N terminal portion of scrib, including the scrib LRR and LAPSD domains (scrib amino acids 1-715), tagged at the C-terminus with GFP under the control of UAS.
P{UAS-scrib.DeltaLRR.GFP}F2 expresses the scrib LAPSD B and PDZ domains (amino acid 427 to the end of the protein) tagged at the C-terminus with GFP under the control of UAS.
