P{UASp-Map205.S283D.MYC} is identical to P{UASp-Map205.MYC} except for the introduction of sequence changes to substitute aspartic acid for serine 283 to mimic serine phosphorylation.
P{UASp-Map205.MYC}2 and P{UASp-Map205.S283E.MYC}2 are second chromosome insertions.
P{UASp-Map205.MYC}3, P{UASp-Map205.S283A.MYC}3, P{UASp-Map205.S283D.MYC}3 and
P{UASp-Map205.S283E.MYC}3 are third chromosome insertions.
