PBac{20XUAS-IVS-jYCaMP1-p10} is composed of a yellow variant of the calcium sensor GCaMP7 under the control of UAS for improved calcium sensing using wavelengths above 1000 nm. It was made by introducing mutations into jGCaMP7b to convert GFP to Venus (M65T, V115Y, K118V, F203L, T222G, V225L, S229A, I250A) and then adding an additional mutation - S117P.
