The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Gerald M. Rubin, Howard Hughes Medical Institute, Janelia Research Campus.
P{R27C09-p65.AD} encodes the GMR27C09 enhancer fragment followed by the Drosophila synthetic core promoter (DSCP) fused upstream of the p65(AD)::Zip+ hemidriver (component of a 'split driver' system, contains the p65 activation domain).
P{R27C09-p65.AD}attP40 is an insertion on the second chromosome into attP40 (FBti0114379).
PBac{Ddc-p65.AD} differs from P{Ddc-p65.AD} only in the identity of the attP target site used for genomic integration.
PBac{Ddc-p65.AD}VK00027 is an insertion on the third chromosome into VK00027 (FBti0076447)
