P{UASp-drongo.Δ333.EGFP} is composed of the drongo RH isoform with a C-terminal EGFP tag and a 333 amino acid N-terminal deletion equivalent to the human homolog AGFG1Delta360 dominant negative mutant, under the control of UASp. AGFG1 has been shown to be essential for HIV-1 viral replication (PMID: 15749819).
P{UASp-drongo.Δ333.EGFP}attP2 is a viable and fertile insertion on the third chromosome in an attP site at 68A4 (FBti0040535).
P{UASp-drongo.Δ333.FLAG} is composed of the drongo RH isoform with a C-terminal FLAG tag and a 333 amino acid N-terminal deletion equivalent to the human homolog AGFG1Delta360 dominant negative mutant, under the control of UASp. AGFG1 has been shown to be essential for HIV-1 viral replication (PMID: 15749819).
P{UASp-drongo.Δ333.FLAG}attP40 is a viable and fertile insertion on the second chromosome in an attP site at 25C6 (FBti0114379).
P{UASp-drongo.Δ333.FLAG}attP2 is a viable and fertile insertion on the third chromosome in an attP site at 68A4 (FBti0040535).
