The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Fulvia Bono, University of Exeter.
M{exu.R339S} carries exu tagged at the N-terminus with Venus and StrepTagII with amino acid change R339S in the SAM domain (this is the same mutation found in exu1). Made from a genomic fragment so expression is under native control.
M{exu.R339S}ZH-22A is a viable insertion on the second chromosome into ZH-22A (FBti0099696).
