The P{TIFR-GAL4} (FBtp0132562) and P{drl-GAL4.442} (FBtp0013642) constructs represent the same transgene, based on the following evidence, and the entries should be merged in FlyBase.
P{TIFR-GAL4} (FBtp0132562) is a line used to drive GAL4 in TIFR glia (TIFR = Transient Interhemispheric Fibrous Ring). The earliest reference for P{TIFR-GAL4} (Lu et al., 2014, Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. U.S.A. 111(34): 12544--12549, FBrf0226093) is from the laboratory of M. Freeman, and this paper indicates that this was a gift from H. Hing.
H. Hing reports that 'TIFR-GAL4' was the name that their laboratory used for '442-GAL4' and that they got this line from T. Preat. In the paper Chen and Hing, 2008, Dev. Neurobiol. 68(8): 1029--1045 (FBrf0205378) they reference Hitier et al., 2000, Mech. Dev. 99(1-2): 93--100, FBrf0131314) for '442-GAL4', which identifies P{drl-GAL4.442} (FBtp0013642) as '442-GAL4' aka 'TIFR-GAL4'.
