The two point mutations DuoxCy (FBal0002196) and DuoxK@ (FBal0219680) are annotated falsely (annotation is indeed swapped between these two alleles) probably because of a confusion in lower segment of figure 1B of the original research paper by Hurd et al. (FBrf0230212).
At the moment both the nucleotide and amino acid change are incorrectly presented in FlyBase.
The correct nucleotide change is G2816443A in DuoxK and G2816443T in DuoxCy.
The correct amino acid change is G1505S in DuoxK and G1505C in DuoxCy.
Please correct.
