The DCP2del21 deleted region ranges from 3L:15819917 to 15826231. It is a 6315bp deletion that removes 652bp upstream and 1528bp downstream of the DCP2-RA CDS. The Ge-141 deleted region ranges from 2L:11097617 to 11100579. It is a 2963bp deletion in the Ge-1 locus. Downstream of the deleted region, the first Met is amino acid 898 of Ge-1. We therefore indicate that the Ge-141 has an N-terminal truncation with 897 amino acids removed. There was a typographical error in the writing of an EagI-SacI fragment. The dbo+t13.7 fragment ranges from 3L:15819773 (EagI) to 15833491 (ScaI).
