P{sqh-GCaMP6s} expresses GCaMP6s ubiquitously under control of sqh regulatory sequences. It works well in embryos.
P{UASp-GCaMP6s} expresses GCaMP6s under UASp control.
P{sqh-GCaMP6s}101.1 and P{sqh-GCaMP6s}101.2 are homozygous and hemizygous viable and fertile, X chromosome insertions.
P{sqh-GCaMP6s}20 and P{UASp-GCaMP6s}20 are second chromosome insertions.
