The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by Nikolay Kandul and Omar Akbari, University of California at San Diego.
P{U6-PolG2.gRNA.1} expresses a guide RNA directed against PolG2 ubiquitously under the control of snRNA:U6:96Ac regulatory sequences.
P{U6-PolG2.gRNA.1}attP1 is an insertion into P{CaryP}attP1 at 55C4, 2R:18357321 .
PBac{betaTub85D-Cas9.T2A.GFP}, PBac{Rcd-1r-Cas9.T2A.GFP} and PBac{exu-Cas9.T2A.GFP} express Cas9.T2A.GFP under control of betaTub85D, Rcd-1r and exu regulatory sequences. They are similar in structure to the previously described PBac{nos-Cas9.T2A.GFP}, PBac{Ubi-Cas9.T2A.GFP} and PBac{vas-Cas9.T2A.GFP} constructs.
PBac{exu-Cas9.T2A.GFP}VK00033, PBac{betaTub85D-Cas9.T2A.GFP}VK00033 and PBac{Rcd-1r-Cas9.T2A.GFP}VK00033 are insertions into PBac{y+-attP-3B}VK00033 at 65B2, 3L:6442676 .
