The T to A mutation is at  2R:18120022  which is close to the beginning of the 4th intron (red feature in the figure, green base in the DNA sequence in the associated file). This mutation may result in the deficiency of splicing and the truncation of the 5th RNA binding domain.
stauD3.CRISPR
The sequence starting from 2nd exon (blue feature in the DNA annotation) is replaced with a 3P3-RFP fragment (green feature in the bottom figure in the associated file). All 5 RNA binding domains are removed. An approximate 250bp long sequence is removed. This deleted region is  2R:18122797..18119684 .
