The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by Christian Lehner, University of Zürich.
P{CycB3-EGFP.L} is a miniwhite-marked construct expressing CycB3 with an internal, in-frame EGFP tag under control of CycB3 regulatory sequences.
P{CycB3-EGFP.L}II.2 is a second chromosome insertion.
P{CycB3-EGFP.L}III.2 is a third chromosome insertion.
Both insertions rescue the phenotypes of CycB3 null mutants.
