Since the Rh5LexA allele was generated by homologous recombination directed gene repair, the region in between the two homology arms was deleted and replaced with the transgene. The nature of the deletion would be,  +51 (in codon for aa 17) to  +251, +237 (in codon for aa 79), to +240 encode a stop codon, +241 to +251 is the intron. See the associated figure.
