Description

Deletion at the endogenous Rh5 locus, removing part of the coding sequence including the first transmembrane domain. Sequence encoding lexA::UnkAD and a w+* marker has been inserted at the site of the deletion, which is predicted to result in the lexA::UnkAD driver being expressed under the control of Rh5 regulatory sequences.
