The sequenced GluRIIBKO deletion is 1906-2286bp of the GluRIIB gene region. As the gene region of GluRIIB (CG7234) starts from 2L:5559342 , we calculated and confirmed the exact deletion is from 2L:5561247..5561627 . The frameshift begins at AA 324.
