The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Jordi Casanova, Parc Cientific de Barcelona.
P{tsl-Gal4.B} expresses GAL4 in border, centripetal and posterior follicle cells but not in the prothoracic gland under the control of the CC and BC/PFC enhancer region of tsl (a 1540 bp fragment upstream of the tsl 5' UTR). See FBrf0201744.
P{tsl-Gal4.B}1-13 is a homozygous viable insertion on the second chromosome.
P{tsl-lacZ.B}5 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the second chromosome.
P{tsl-lacZ.B}4 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the third chromosome.
P{tsl-lacZ.F}10.2 is an insertion on the third chromosome.
P{tsl-lacZ.G}8.2 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the second chromosome.
P{tsl-Gal4.G}1-42 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the third chromosome.
