The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by Andreas Prokop, University of Manchester.
The "UAS-shotΔABD-GFP" construct (PBac{UAS-shot.RE-ΔABD.GFP}) used in Hahn et al. (2021; FBrf0249483) is based on the RE isoform of shot.
The construct was inserted into the PBac{y+-attP-3B}VK00031 site at 62E1,  3L:2395487  (R6), generating the PBac{UAS-shot.RE-ΔABD.GFP}VK00031 insertion.
PBac{UAS-shot.RE-Lifeact.GFP} is similar to PBac{UAS-shot.RE-ΔABD.GFP}, except sequences for the missing shot actin-binding domains have been replaced by sequences encoding the Lifeact domain (FBto0000593).
PBac{UAS-shot.RE-Lifeact.GFP}VK00031 was also inserted into PBac{y+-attP-3B}VK00031.
