The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Fabian Feiguin, International Centre Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology.
P{UAS-hMAPT.0N3R.Fc} expresses the 0N3R form (aka T30 form) of human tau (MAPT) under the control of UAS. 
P{UAS-hMAPT.0N3R.Fc}8 is a homozygous viable insertion on the second chromosome.
P{UAS-hMAPT.2N4R.DeltaS7K} expresses a mutated version of the 2N4R form of human tau (MAPT) missing seven amino acids (SVQIVYK - aa305-311), under the control of UAS.  These seven amino acids are thought to be involved in the formation of beta sheets and aggregation.
P{UAS-hMAPT.2N4R.DeltaS7K}7 is a homozygous viable insertion on the third chromosome.
