The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by Mark Peifer, University of North Carolina.
P{Abl-EGFP.ΔIDR} contains the same EGFP-tagged "Abl-EGFP.ΔIDR" sequence as in PBac{Abl-EGFP.ΔIDR} (FBtp0147006), but in a P-element based vector. Transgenic flies were generated using P transposase.
P{Abl-EGFP.ΔIDR}5 is a second chromosome insertion.
P{Abl-EGFP.ΔIDR}7 is a homozygous viable and fertile, third chromosome insertion.
