We tested 66258 (y1 w*; M{UAS-hPDE6B.HA}ZH-86Fb)
by crossing to 5535 (w*; P{w+m*=GAL4-ey.H}4-8/CyO) and saw flies with very strange eye phenotype.    The flies had disrupted eye structure as well as three dimensional outgrowth structures that looked like non-pigmented tissue coming out of the eye.   
Controls of 66258 insertion with CyO (no driver) were total normal.
We also tested the following two other human PDE stocks and did not see this phenotype.
