The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by Justin Bosch, Harvard Medical School.
cDNA sequences for P{UAS-bc10.B} and P{UAS-CG34263.B} were generated by PCR amplification of cDNA reverse transcribed from larval RNA. The bc10 sequence was cloned into the pWALIUM10-roe plasmid. The CG34263 sequence was cloned into the pValium10-roe plasmid. Both plasmids were inserted into the P{CaryP}attP40 target site at 25C6,  2L:5108448  (R6) to generate P{UAS-bc10.B}attP40 and P{UAS-CG34263.B}attP40.
