We have some fourth chromosome deletions that aren’t showing up on G/JBrowse because molecular coordinates are missing. The ones in question are shown in Figure 2B and Table 3 of Riddle et al. (FBrf0205417). They were all generated by mobilizing P{hsp26-pt-T}sv4-M1030 (FBti0132457) and its insertion site ( 4:119408 in R5 and 4:1098782 in R6) defines their right ends. They all have different left ends. Table 3 gives their left ends in R5 and I’ve translated them into R6.
