P{U6-scrib.gRNA} is a guide RNA construct designed to knock out scrib by targeting coding sequence common to all scrib isoforms. It was constructed using pCFD4 with the forward primer having the sequence TATATAGGAAAGATATCCGGGTGAACTTCGTTGCCCGAATAGCTATGCGTGTTTTAGAGCTAGAAATAGCAAG.
P{U6-scrib.gRNA}attP2 is an insertion in the P{CaryP}attP2 target site at 68A4, 3L:11070538 (R6).
