TI{TI}Or43b^1.w- is a derivative of TI{TI}Or43b¹ (FBti0168710). I-Sce1 was likely used to excise the mini-w+ gene leaving behind a single copy of Or43b with an introduced stop codon before the seventh transmembrane domain.
