The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Thomas Clandinin, Stanford University.
P{GMR57C10-Gba1b.V5} - The GMR57C10 fragment from the 5' end of nSyb drives expression of Gba1b tagged at the C terminus with 3 copies of V5.
P{GMR57C10-Gba1b.V5}attP14 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the second chromosome into attP14 (FBti0114368).
P{GMR57C10-Gba1b.E404K.V5} - The GMR57C10 fragment from the 5' end of nSyb drives expression of a catalytically-inactive Gba1b. Gba1b carries amino acid change E404K (the equivalent of E340K in humans) and is tagged at the C-terminus with 3 copies of V5.
P{GMR57C10-Gba1b.E404K.V5}attP14 is a homozygous viable insertion on the second chromosome into attP14 (FBti0114368).
