The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by Lenny Rabinow, Harvard Medical School.
P{UAS-antiHA.GFP} is a UAST-type construct expressing a single-chain variable fragment targeting the HA epitope (the "HA Frankenbody" of Zhao et al. (2019) Nature Communications 10: 2947) fused to GFP. Expression of the construct results in GFP labeling of HA-tagged proteins.
P{UAS-antiHA.GFP}attP40 is an insertion into the P{CaryP}Msp300attP40 site at 25C6, 2L:5108448 (R6).
P{UAS-antiHA.GFP}attP2 is an insertion into the P{CaryP}attP2 site at 68A4, 3L:11070538 (R6).
The construct and insertions were generated by Ah-Ram Kim in the lab of Norbert Perrimon at Harvard Medical School.
