The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Daryl Gohl, University of Minnesota. The accompanying spreadsheet carries information for a set of barcoded constructs and insertions expressing myristoylated GFP under the control of UAS. Each construct carries a unique barcode inserted into the 3' untranslated region just before the poly-adenylation site for labeling animals or populations of cells.
