Description

10xUAS sequences and an Hsp70 basal promoter are fused upstream of codon-optimized EGFP that is tagged at the N-terminal end with Tag:Myr(Src64B). The SV40 3'UTR is present downstream of the coding sequence. A fragment encoding a PCR handle sequence and a 14bp barcode sequence has been inserted just upstream of the polyadenylation sites in the SV40 3'UTR. The barcode sequence can be used to label populations of cells or whole animals.
