P{Ilk.Venus} is identical to P{Ilk.mGFP6} except Venus sequences were substituted for mGFP6 sequences to code for the C-terminal tag.
P{Venus.Ilk} is similar to P{Ilk.Venus} except the encoded Venus tag is at the N-terminus of the Ilk protein and connected via a short linker. The fusion protein junction corresponds to LYKSSSSEDI.
P{Ilk.Venus}3 and P{Venus.Ilk}3 are third chromosome insertions.
